Campaigns, builtthe way we buildeverything else

Nea Studio runs campaigns end to end: concept, activations, motion and production, with the strategy that holds them together built in house. Most agencies write a brief and send it out for someone else to shoot. We are the team that shoots it, builds it in 3D if it needs that, do the marketing and ships the site behind it too.

Campaigns produced here have run for brands in more than thirty countries. Concept, crew, production and post all sit between Medellin and Miami. A campaign gets shot in one market and finished for another without changing hands, which is the part most of Latin America still outsources.

The strategy is built by the people who will also make the thing

Most campaigns get split in two. One team writes the strategy, decides the message and picks the channels. A different team, usually external, turns that into the actual film, the actual activation, the actual site. Every step across that line is a negotiation, and the idea that survives negotiation is rarely the idea that started it.

We run both inside the same team. The people who decide what a campaign says are the same people who can shoot it, build it in 3D or put it on a stage, because that is the studio's actual production capacity, not a subcontracted favour.

That is also why this is not a media buying desk. We are not optimising placements around assets someone else made. We are the people who made the assets, deciding what happens to them next.

What sits inside campaigns

Campaign concept and creative strategy

Message, audience and rollout, decided by the same team that will produce the work instead of handed to it after the fact.

Activations and experiences

Physical and digital installations, live events and interactive experiences, run start to finish, from the idea to the day itself.

Motion and production

Everything a campaign needs on screen: films, animation, CGI and social content, cut inside the same pipeline that builds our brand work.

Digital extensions

Landing pages, microsites and interactive builds that give a campaign somewhere to live beyond a single asset.

Distribution

Sits inside a campaign's scope when the project needs it, sized to what the work actually requires rather than sold as a standing media service.

How a campaign runs

Brief and territory

Message, audience and the tone the brand wants to hold, agreed before any production starts.

Concept, built against what we can make

One direction, argued, sized against the studio's own production capacity.

Production and distribution

Motion, activations and digital work move through the same pipeline that builds the rest of the studio's output, then ship to the channels the campaign actually needs.
